Management

1. A “Board of Governors” exercises overall control of the institution, being the supreme body of the ogranization.
2. It is residential institution governed by its own rules and regulations formulated by Board of Governors.
3. Cadets’ Mess and other routine administrative tasks are managed by the experienced staff managers, who all take guidance from Standing Operating procedures (S.O.Ps) under the supervision of the Principal.
4. The cadets are also made to participate in discipline enforcement, residential house management and cadets’ mess affairs under the supervision of resident House Masters and Mess Officer.

6. International Commissioner Member
7. Deputy Commissioner, Mansehra Member
8. National Secretary PBSA, NHQ, Islamabad Member
9. Director Training & Programme PBSA, Islamabad Member
10. Two Provincial Secretaries Member
    (To be nominated by Chief Commissioner PBSA)
11. Chairman Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Member

    (Proposed by the Principal approved by Chief Commissioner)
